Ireland is currently under Level 5 restrictions for COVID-19. Level 5 came into effect on 30 December 2020 and will remain in place until 31 January 2021 at the earliest.
This is obviously a difficult time, especially for Lifeline alarm users. We know that lots of alarm users live by themselves and might be particularly vulnerable to the virus. However, we want to assure all our alarm users that the Lifeline alarm service will continue running as normal throughout the crisis. You can stay safe in your home with peace of mind. Our Response Team will always be there on the other end of your alarm.
Lifeline24 is COVID-19 Secure
We have taken great care to make our Response Centre COVID-19 secure and keep our team safe. In addition, many members of our team are able to work from home, keeping themselves and each other safe from the virus. This means that the Emergency Response Team can work safely to support all alarm users.
We are glad to say there has been no interruption to the Lifeline alarm service since the pandemic began.
